According to the manufacturer, this RAM1600DDR3L-8GBx2 is also suitable for the RS818+. But you don't say anything about it. Is your RAM different?

No, this is not a different product. The info is probably not given because the RS818+ was only added to the range later. This RAM is compatible with the RS818+.
