According to the information here on sale, the e-scooter is not road legal in Switzerland. However, it fulfils all the conditions for approval. What is the reason that it is not permitted or is that a mistake?

Segway e-scooters with the suffix E are generally not approved in Germany and Switzerland. There are various reasons for this. In most cases, these are over 20 km/h or have other lights that are not approved here. We received the information that this model is not approved in Germany and Switzerland from the certified distributor. Especially for Segways, the same rules apply in Switzerland as in Germany, i.e. the D-models are approved and the E-models are not.
So why is it being sold in Switzerland?
