Question about Nitro Concepts S300
A small question The middle part of my chair, i.e. the bar where the chair and the castors are attached, has slipped down and is now damaging my floor does anyone have a solution to this problem?
I have the same problem. Digitec support was below human. I was told to pack the chair in its original packaging and send it off. But because the bar is stuck there, I couldn't even disassemble and pack the chair. I finally asked support if I could take the chair to the Digitec shop. My question was never answered, but I was again told to bring it back in its original packaging. Now the warranty has already expired. I guess that was their goal. To delay it until the warranty expires. Shame on Nitro
