Question about Samsung 870 EVO
870 EVO bought new, but 'not recognised' in Windows (and also not noticeable on Ubuntu). It doesn't seem to be a question of formatting, as the disc is simply not recognised by the partition programmes either. Hilarious. Does anyone know the problem or how to fix it?

The SSD must first be initialised and formatted via Computer Management>Disk Management under Windows. Check whether the power supply and S-ATA cable are correctly connected to the mainboard. Check via BIOS if SSD is visible, otherwise warranty case. Greetings D.F.
