In Germany, the prices are around 20€. I don't want to talk up anything and I'm the last person who thinks high prices are good.

But if you are looking for this cable even though you have a working one, you are not on your last legs. After all, the devices are even more exorbitantly overpriced ;-)

Don't shoot the messenger. Didn't invent it. ^^

Add it to the watchlist and wait until the price drops. my 2cents
