Question about HP Pavilion – TG01-0552nz

This PC has not arrived and i am in doubt it will arrive in time. Disappointingly, waiting until next year now due to going abroad. I should had paid 100 dollars extra and ordered directly from the Swiss HP website on Cyber monday. It has been promise after promise, 8+ emails, 4+ phone calls, 4 status delays.
