Question about HP ProBook 440 G10

Never buy a PC or laptop again at Digitec. No - Go.
That's why I didn't get a review email.
Here it's all about sales and fuck the customer.
It's a pity that I got the resold device.
Green fingerprints on the display were present.
The device was pre-installed. The previous owner's settings are present, even though I bought a new device.
I am waiting for a call from digitec on how to delete this.
To date no response from Digitec.
