125watts power dissipation TDP: what does this mean? What does this have to do with power consumption and the related monthly bill?

TDP, in its narrowest sense, refers to the ability of the CPU cooling solution to dissipate heat. A processor with a TDP of 65W requires a cooler that can handle a 65W TDP processor.
