10TB disk in operation for two days, WIN10 64, 4x8TB, 2x6TB, the 10TB HD is displayed as 9313GB, then 6TB copied onto it, everything is fine. Today I wanted to put more on it, it came up Disk full!?!! In WIN HDmgr it shows 0% 186Mb free. Rebooted, 0%, 1.85GB free. The disk also blocks Explorer at times. Win error check finds nothing. Is this a strange DOA?

It is best to contact the manufacturer directly for product support and troubleshooting. If there is effectively a fault, contact Digitec's customer service.
