Question about Shelly PM Mini Gen3
1) I understand that the device uses Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi to transmit the measured power consumption (to the cloud, right?). 2) I can then see the values in the app, right? 3) What happens if Bluetooth/Wi-Fi is not running for a week, but the devices consume power? Is this subsequently transmitted when the connection is re-established? Thank you

Good morning the device works with Shelly's homeassistant or cloud only if connected with wifi no internal memory

The values are only available for a short time without a paid cloud plan. See Shelly's subscription terms and conditions.
If you are using a Home Assistant, this does not affect you. You can keep the data there for as long as you like.
I can't answer your third question. I would be interested myself. However, it makes little sense to have a Shelly that is not accessible.
I mainly need it to replace timers.
