- Can I connect devices that only support PoE and not PoE+? - Can I also connect devices that do not support PoE at all, i.e. a normal PC?

- Yes, this is possible. POE+ is downward compatible.
- Yes, this is also possible. POE is deactivated by default for all ports. However, you can activate POE for each of the 8 ports individually.
