With the IB-1817M-C31 external USB 3.1 Type-C enclosure, an NVMe SSD can be quickly and easily carried along. It allows access to M.2 disks of up to 2 TB no matter which host computer it is connected to. The integrated cooling plate transfers the resulting waste heat from the SSD to the housing and thus optimally cools the SSD. This prevents the usual premature reduction of the transmission rate to protect against overheating.

The i-tec MySafe USB 3.0 Easy is an external enclosure for connecting 2.5" SATA hard drives of all capacities to your PC, laptop, TV, or other multimedia devices via the USB interface, which also provides power. The enclosure is also suitable for data transfer from damaged laptops. The USB 3.0 connection offers fast and easy data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps. Of course, it is backward compatible with USB 2.0.

Operation is very simple: the hard drive just needs to be inserted into the enclosure, and the drivers will be automatically installed upon the first connection to the computer. For quick hard drive connection, you can use only the self-sufficient adapter of the external enclosure, or the hard drive can be transported in the included plastic box.

The product is designed for 2.5-inch hard drives with a SATA connection. The hard drives or SSDs must not exceed a height of 9.5 mm. The IB-273StU3 can be connected to any computer with USB 2.0/1.1 using the included USB 3.0 cable, but in this case, it will achieve a correspondingly lower transfer rate. The operation is simple and intuitive, so no instruction manual is required. It is enough to connect the external hard drive enclosure to the PC via the USB port and slide a 2.5-inch drive into the slot – separate drivers do not need to be installed.
