The Kryonaut thermal paste is ideally suited for low-temperature cooling applications such as nitrogen or compressor cooling. However, it also performs excellently between a CPU and an air or water cooler. By omitting other alloy components, an increase in thermal conductivity of approximately 18% compared to the standard product is possible. At the same time, material compatibility has improved, eliminating issues such as tin interactions. Due to the slightly corrosive effect of gallium on other metals, its use is only recommended on nickel-plated copper coolers. Conductonaut Extreme should not be used in conjunction with aluminum heatsinks.
