The Niedax Cover Retaining Spring RDHFS 9 VZL provides a form-fitting and non-removable seat on the cover. In the mounted state, especially with slip-resistant covers, it prevents shifting in the horizontal and vertical direction (150 N). The cover retaining springs allow for one-sided opening of the cover up to a maximum of 20°, thus enabling additional retrofitting or inspection of cables.
For fastening, a clip/clamp function is used to secure the covers on wall-mounted and freestanding riser tray enclosures. They are also suitable for heavy cable tray covers with and without checker plate support, as well as for angle-adjustable fittings from 0° to 90° in walkable cable tray systems.
When fastening, it is important to maintain a minimum distance of 50 mm from the beginning/end of the cover. The special shape and contour ensure potential equalization. Due to external influences such as wind loads, use in outdoor areas is only possible with additional securing (self-tapping screws, steel band, etc.).
