When LÂG Guitars introduced the world's first smart guitar - HyVibe - the company confirmed its role as a true innovator in the industry and redefined the acoustic guitar. With the introduction of the new LÂG BlueWave model range, LÂG aims to make the innovative technology of Smart Guitars accessible to all. The new, rechargeable BlueWave preamp system enables high-quality reverb and delay effects. As with the HyVibe models, the effects are generated in the preamp and then sent directly to the top of the guitar via two actuators, causing it to vibrate and thus act like an amplifier. The ability to connect the guitar to a smartphone via Bluetooth means that the guitar can also be used as a Bluetooth speaker. The BlueWave 2 model Tramontane Dreadnought Cutaway Acoustic-Electric "TBW2DCE" is affordable, but with more luxurious options such as a solid red cedar top, Santos rosewood for the body/sides, high-gloss finish and black tuning machines.
