Powerful power supply with good modular cables which can be laid nicely. In my opinion, much better than the standard cables on a Corsair power supply. The power supply is powerful and has no problem with an AMD 3970x and 2 x RTX 3090.

should hardly be a problem when 1600W are applied. According to hardwareluxx, the emergency shutdown of the 1200W version only kicked in at 121A and above 1600W.

I had the Corsair HX1200 power supply and it wasn't enough. When the CPU and GPUs were under load, the power supply shut down. With the Dark Power Pro 12 (1500W) power supply now it works perfectly for me.Thanks for the reply Rressi ;-)

Plan is to have 2 GPUs but if I end up with only one GPU (RTX3090) + Ryzen 5950X, won't I waste electricity and efficiency on a 1500W PSU?
