I use the RBS50Y together with the Orbi Pro Router (SRR60) and an Orbi Pro Satellite (SRS60). The RBS50Y connects correctly at first. Then after a few hours of operation, the connection slows down until it finally disconnects completely. This also happens when the RBS50Y is 2 meters with a direct line of sight to the router. Even the latest firmware (V2.5.4.104) does not change this behavior. Netgear support is equally disappointing. After 2 months of "stalling tactics" I have also given up on the support to get the device to run satisfactorily.
Router SRR60 with satellite SRS60 work great together. I can recommend this setting.
But from outdoor satellite (RBS50Y) I would, after my experience, let the fingers.
