Deceptive package

If immediate delivery is offered and contractually agreed upon acceptance of the offer, you as my supplier should honor the agreement. Charging my credit card immediately was apparently less difficult and also more important to you than meeting your delivery obligation. Never again, next time I will go to the gas station.
