If it comes down to safety and quality, then Futaba
The Futaba R617FS has a good price-performance ratio in my opinion! (7 channels for 72.- CHF! In addition, Futaba Fasst receivers are a "must have" for larger / valuable model.
From 20 years of experience in model building and about 12 years with Futaba, I can say that I have yet to have a failure with a Futaba Fasst receiver.
