Does its job very well
I use two of these coolers for my cloud chamber, which cool two peliter stages (electric coolers/heaters) (temperature difference: ~50K-55K). The Peltier stages have a surface temperature of ~-25 degrees Celsius and this generates a lot of heat, which these can however dissipate.
If these coolers work for such a cooling process, they will definitely do their job best as CPU coolers.
