The GS2200-8 is equipped with 8 Gigabit ports and is ideal for connecting desktop devices in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This fully manageable, fanless switch features 2 dual-personality GbE ports for RJ45 or Mini-GBIC fiber uplinks.
Like all ZyXEL switches, the new model delivers full wire-speed on all ports. Thanks to its management features, the GS2200-8 is suitable for secure 10/100 and Gigabit connections according to 802.1x, as well as prioritization, traffic monitoring, 802.1Q VLAN, spanning tree, IGMP, and advanced management.
