Then the ZWILLING marinating aid for FRESH & SAVE vacuum bags is just the thing for you and your kitchen. With a total of six parts, there are small differences. When it comes to vacuum sealing with liquids, it simply works better with marinating aids: If you use a vacuum pump and the ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE bag, marinating aids ensure that the pump does not soak up liquid so quickly. Marinades or meat juices remain in the bags as they collect in the marinating aid. This protects the vacuum pump from damage caused by liquids and keeps everything exactly where it should be.
