The LM-4AWS presence sensor input device is an input device with four independently addressable inputs for integrating conventional presence sensors into a bus-controlled lighting and room management system. Depending on the addressing of an input, all actuators in a room or a group of actuators in the room can be controlled. The status "Present" or "Absent" is defined by closing and opening a contact connected to the input terminal.

The device is suitable for local and central automation. In local automation, the status "Absent" is activated with a delay time of 10 minutes and a fade time of one minute. In central automation, both delay time and fade time can be set freely.

The device has an input voltage of 230 V AC, 50/60 Hz, and is mounted on a 35 mm DIN rail according to EN50022. The dimensions are 4 TE at 17.5 mm. The material is flame-retardant polycarbonate, halogen-free, and light gray. Bus and power lines can be screwed into the device's inputs.
