Tablet is mounted to the stand and receives power and USB communication using the battery door adapter. The stand features height adjustment, tablet tilting for the best viewing angle, and base rotation to switch between associate and customer controlling the application content based on the tablet orientation. The tablet is secured using an electro-mechanical lock and can be unlocked using an application on the tablet or a backup mechanical key. It accommodates tablets with or without a rugged boot and can be mounted securely to the desk or table using a desktop mounting plate. Compatible disinfecting agents are recommended in the following order: mild dish soap, 70% isopropyl alcohol solution, 0.5-3% hydrogen peroxide solution, 1:10 diluted 5.5% bleach (sodium hypochlorite) solution, and 90% oleic.
