How to choose the right size? The first option is to measure your wrist using a tape measure. You can measure your wrist circumference by wrapping the tape measure tightly around the area where you wear your watch and selecting the correct size according to the table below.

If you don't have a tape measure, you can measure your wrist circumference using a strip of paper and a ruler. Cut a strip of paper long enough to wrap around your wrist. Place one end of the paper where the watch face will be (you can use a piece of tape to secure it if necessary). Wrap the strip around your wrist; the paper should fit snugly, not sliding up or down. Then use a pen to mark the strip where it meets the other end of the paper.
