Product details

The retro-style XLC battery-powered LED front light is highly visible in traffic, with a lighting power of 20 lux to illuminate the road ahead. Powered by four AAA batteries, the light lasts for approximately 20 hours. It comes with a bracket for mounting to the front fender's mounting bolt, and by removing the bracket, it can also be attached to the front basket frame.

According to the law, bicycles must use lights in dim light and darkness. Practical reasons also support the use of lights on bicycles, as drivers can notice a lit bicycle in time. In dim light and darkness, a bicycle must have a lamp that emits white or light yellow light forward. Since January 1, 2015, cyclists can use a body-mounted light, such as a headlamp, instead of a fixed lamp mounted to the bike. Additionally, since June 1, 2020, a red rear light must also be present on the bike in dim light and darkness. Orange or white spoke reflectors or reflective strips on tires enhance visibility.
