The Book S easily wins the ARM test. The Expertbook B3 is only better in terms of battery life. So if an affordable ARM device with Windows is a must, the Xiaomi is the first choice. If, on the other hand, the tablet form is important, it's worth taking a look at the Microsoft Surface Pro 8, which at 950 euros is more expensive, but thanks to its Intel CPU there is no risk of software problems.
