Design kit Snap Ferrites, STAR series. The Würth Elektronik design kit 742711 contains a complete range of the well-known STAR Snap Ferrites with key technology. The snap-in ferrites of the STAR series are reusable, making them ideal for testing and measurement purposes as well as for cables with difficult access. The kit includes ferrites made from NiZn and MnZn materials to cover a broader range of EMI issues and frequencies. This includes STAR-TEC for round cables, STAR-FIX with flexible mounting, and the STAR BUENO product line with a new weight and optimized size, as well as STAR-GAP for suppression at high frequencies. For larger cables and cable harnesses, the STAR-RING product line is included in the selection.
