Its gear mechanism with triple power transmission allows for effortless cutting of particularly thick laminate, vinyl, and design floors up to 14 mm in material thickness and 370 mm in width. The patented return mechanism automatically retracts the blade to its starting position after each cut, ensuring optimal workflow. With the smooth blade, you can cut planks with integrated impact sound insulation cleanly and splinter-free, while the design layer remains flawless. The VLC 1000 effectively handles click vinyl panels and vinyl tiles up to 6 mm thick; thanks to the KTL coating, nothing sticks to the blade. During the cutting process, the serration of the cutting strips and the stop provide secure fixation of the workpiece, while the anti-slip foot pads ensure the VLC 1000 stands stable. You can comfortably support your panels on the material support. The integrated 90° stop can be adjusted in four steps by 40 mm each, optimizing the cutting angle for small widths from 210 to 370 mm. The VLC 1000 is also prepared for different material thicknesses. You can adjust the cutting gap to the corresponding level: Level 1 for material thicknesses of 2 to 4 mm, Level 2 for 5 to 8 mm, Level 3 for 9 to 11 mm, and Level 4 for planks 12 to 14 mm thick. The stop not only assists with precise 90° cuts but can also be adjusted or completely removed for angled cuts from 0 to 180° and longitudinal cuts. If you need to cut particularly thick planks, you can secure them with a clamp on the extra-wide cutting strip.
