With speeds of up to 20,000 RPM, the device mixes, stirs, chops, and purées nearly any ingredient to the desired consistency. From smoothies made of fruits and vegetables to spreads, dips, dressings, purées, baby food, and even crushed ice: its 6-blade stainless steel knife with WMF Perfect Cut technology ensures extreme and long-lasting sharpness for quick and excellent results. The generous 1.5-liter mixing container made of durable glass features a lid with an integrated measuring cup, making it incredibly easy to dose small amounts of ingredients. The operation is, of course, only possible with the lid closed and the container correctly positioned.
