This fruit and berry press makes it easy to process apples, pears, berries, grapes, etc. The press is the perfect tool for anyone who wants to enjoy fruit in its natural or refined state.

With all presses of this type, however, it is not possible to press large whole fruits. A mash (heavily crushed fruit) must be produced, otherwise the pressing process cannot be successful. A good fruit mash is a prerequisite for the production of juice or must. You will obtain excellent quality if only healthy and ripe fruit is processed. Unripe, overripe, rotten and torn fruit must be discarded before the pressing process.

A wine or fruit press cannot be compared with a juicer. The two products work completely differently. Grapes, for example, cannot be processed in a juicer because the seeds are destroyed and bitter substances are released. Only with a fruit press do the seeds remain intact and the juice can be processed into wine, for example.

This fruit press is operated manually. It has a rotating spindle with a swivelling pressure unit. This swivelling device makes it easy to fill the pressed product into the basket.
The frame of the construction is made of specially painted metal; three feet integrated into this frame ensure stability.
The press basket is made of stainless, perforated steel; the material is hygienic and food-safe. The basket has a capacity of 14 litres
The pressure plate and drip tray also have a food-safe coating.

The entire construction is pre-assembled and easy to assemble after delivery. All parts can be cleaned effortlessly.
