Wiltec Manual honey extractor

This 4-comb tangential honey extractor is ideal for hobby beekeepers.

Tangential extractors are the most universal honey extractors: The frames are positioned tangentially to the hive during extracting, allowing the honey to flow off easily.

This manual honey extractor is very sturdily constructed and stands securely on three feet. All parts that come into contact with honey are made of food-approved stainless steel.

The apparatus consists of an outer drum, an inner extractor basket with comb frame holders and a drain tap.

The spin basket has space for four frames. Both Zander frames and frames with DN dimensions can be used.

A crossbar connects the hand crank to the centrifugal basket. The inner basket is set in motion by the smooth-running hand crank drive, the honey from the combs splashes against the wall of the basket under the effect of centrifugal force and then runs off to the floor. The honey can now be collected in a suitable container using the drain tap.

The cover of the apparatus is made of transparent plastic and has two removable halves. The extracting process can be checked at any time.

It goes without saying that all parts of this honey extractor are very easy to clean.
