Performance and protection: ArmorCache is a feature of OptiNAND for improved performance in WCD mode (Write Cache Disabled) and protection against power failures in WCE mode (Write Cache Enabled). Designed for data center workloads, the Ultrastar DC HC580 is performance-optimized to handle demanding application workloads of up to 550 TB.
