Westcott The Ice Light II

The Ice Light 2 by Westcott is an innovative LED daylight stick that allows for quick and very intuitive lighting control. Designed by American photographer Jerry Ghionis, it has won the Hot One Award in Professional Photographer Magazine. The Ice Light can be handheld, enabling fast adjustment of lighting and flexible positioning. It also features a tripod mount, allowing it to be integrated into any lighting setup. With a connection adapter, multiple Ice Lights can be assembled into a long stick. With tilt joints, several lights can be combined in a ring light configuration.

A built-in battery provides power for approximately 60 minutes and can be recharged in 2.5 hours. External battery packs are available as an option. When operated with the charger, the light can be used continuously. The handle includes dimmer buttons that allow for stepless adjustment of light output.

The applications of the Ice Light are limitless: portraits, fashion, weddings, stills, industrial shots, film, video, and more. Due to its very small diameter, the Ice Light can be positioned in places where no other light can be mounted. It is also the ideal light for travel. The set additionally includes a car charger, a tungsten gel, two gel clips, and a plate to connect two Ice Lights together.
