Wartmann Food Dehydrator

The Wartmann WM-2512 DH food dehydrator is designed for the efficient drying of large quantities of food with professional performance. This device features a black stainless steel housing and twelve stainless steel trays with a total drying area of 1.02 m². Each tray measures 30 × 28 cm and is made from nickel-free stainless steel type 430, ensuring food safety and durability. The rear-mounted fan system with horizontal air flow distribution guarantees even heat distribution across all trays and prevents uneven drying results. Temperature control is managed via the digital touch panel, ranging from 25 to 90 °C, while the timer can be set from 30 minutes to 72 hours for longer drying processes. Each tray allows for continuous drying of 650 grams with a maximum capacity of 1000 grams per tray. The 800-watt heating elements provide fast and consistent performance, complemented by integrated overheat protection for operational safety. The transparent door features switchable interior lighting, allowing for visual monitoring of the drying process without opening the device. All removable components, including the BPA-free drip tray, are designed for easy cleaning. Despite its considerable capacity, the WM-2512 DH operates quietly and is suitable for both household and semi-professional environments. The dimensions of the device are 39.0 cm in depth, 34.5 cm in width, and 49.0 cm in height, with a total weight of 12.0 kg. It operates on 220-240 volts with an 800-watt consumption and comes with a 110 cm long power cord.
