The Depth control allows for variation in the width of the sweep range to achieve deep modulation. Increasing the Depth control expands the frequency range of the effect, impacting both highs and lows. Depth switches. The Depth control can alter the speed of the phase shifting effect to create more or less wobble in the sound—from 1/10 sweeps per second to 18 sweeps per second. Feedback. Increasing the Feedback control adds electrical feedback to the phase shifting signal. Raising the Feedback control generates a more intense phaser sound with a special emphasis on the sweeps.
