Waldorf STVC synthesizer combines the sound engine of the Streichfett string synthesizer and a vocoder for the classic sound world of the 70s and 80s. The device also features several innovations, such as 16-voice polyphony, XLR microphone input, and weighted keys.

The sound behind the synthesizer is a fully polyphonic string section that allows you to shape sounds. Additionally, it includes several effects, such as animate, ensemble/chorus, phaser, and reverb. The vocoder offers versatile speech features along with numerous other capabilities.
