Product details
Walden B1E Baritone Western Guitar Spruce/Rosewood
With Walden's B103E baritone guitar, you can expand your musical vocabulary. A baritone guitar typically uses the B tuning and shines with a defined bass range, supporting soloists, singer/songwriters, percussive fingerpickers, and guitarists who enjoy playing bass parts alike. Furthermore, a baritone guitar is suitable for performers with a relatively deep vocal range who still prefer to play with open strings.
The offset soundhole and side port of the Walden B103E contribute to its impressive sound. The Grand Auditorium body shape enhances playing comfort. The graphite-reinforced mahogany neck optimizes the stability of the 27” scale length. The 46 mm wide nut allows for a clear and transparent playability.
Features include a Grand Auditorium body with a solid Sitka spruce top and lightweight Double-X bracing. The back and sides are made of African Ovangkol, the soundhole is offset, and a side port has been added. The rosette inlays are made of mother of pearl and rosewood. The nut width is 46 mm, the scale length is 686 mm, and the gold die-cast tuners with black knobs have an 18:1 gear ratio. The graphite-reinforced neck contains a dual-action truss rod. The headstock features a Walden logo made of pearl. The fingerboard and bridge are made of rosewood, and the nut is made of bone.
