Product details

Profibus fieldbus connector with D-sub connector, 9-pole. The fieldbus connector is used to connect a Profibus participant to the Profibus bus line. The fieldbus connector is characterized by the following features: compact design, making it particularly suitable for connection to an S7 PLC. No parts that can be lost. Programming interface. Two horizontal cable entries for input and output. Fast and maintenance-free CAGE CLAMP connection with lockable terminals via an actuation slider. Externally operable switch for turning the termination on or off.

For the first and last bus participants, the termination switch must be set to ON (termination resistor activated, outgoing bus line disconnected). For subsequent bus participants, it should be set to OFF (termination resistor deactivated).
