Votronic VCC 1212-70

The VCC 1212-70 from Votronic is a fully automatic, non-isolated battery charger-converter designed for special vehicles, high-quality motorhomes, and boats. The charger-converter of the "VCC" series has been developed according to the latest guidelines for mobile charging of service batteries (living space and on-board batteries) from the alternator (starter battery) while driving. The device ensures a complete IU1oU2 charging characteristic even during operation. The maximum charging current of the VCC 1212-70 is 70 A, and it can work with lead-acid, gel, AGM1, AGM2, and LiFePO4 batteries. This device charges a 12 V battery or alternator to a 12 V battery. Unlike conventional separation relays, the charging voltage is adjusted according to the charging program specifications, making it particularly suitable for EURO Norm 6 and 6+ vehicles.

This versatile all-rounder for on-board batteries in classic lead-acid, lead-gel, or lead-AGM as well as modern lithium LiFePO4 technology ensures that the 8 selectable charging programs allow for a rapid and gentle full charge from any state of charge, followed by full maintenance and care of the battery without supervision. Even on short trips, the battery is charged with full current. Connected 12 V consumers are automatically supplied, even when the on-board network is heavily loaded. The automatic power regulation ensures the necessary safety and starting capability of the vehicle.
