The newly released Fujifilm GFX camera features a sensor that is slightly larger than the standard 35mm full-frame sensor. When using full-frame lenses from Canon or Nikon with the Fujifilm GFX, serious vignetting can occur, especially with wide-angle lenses.

Our patented optical system with 5 elements in 4 groups in the Laowa Magic Format Converter (MFC) can enlarge the image circle of your Canon or Nikon full-frame lens, allowing for use with Fujifilm GFX cameras without vignetting.

The aperture ring on the Nikon F/G adapter is designed to provide aperture control for Nikon G-type lenses that do not have an aperture ring. Such a feature is not available on the Canon mount.

This adapter has no electrical contacts, which means that the aperture and autofocus of Canon AF lenses may not function.
