Vallejo Mecha Color - Mecha Satin Varnish (69.703)

New formula acrylic paints with a satin finish, particularly durable and impact-resistant, specially developed for airbrush surfaces that are subjected to aggressive handling. The advanced formulation contains a revolutionary component that guarantees exceptional adhesion even on the most challenging surfaces and offers high resistance to rough handling, impacts, friction, scratches, and more. Once dried, the Mecha surface resembles the original plastic of the model, while the smallest details of the original remain clearly visible. The color palette includes primers as well as special paints, also with an exclusive formulation, and a range of colors for aging and weathering effects. It is recommended to apply the Mecha colors in multiple layers onto the previously primed surface; a few hours after application, the colors are dry and form a homogeneous coating of exceptional strength and durability. Mecha Color can be applied directly with the airbrush or thinned with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver, and the colors can also be applied with a brush. The recommended compressor setting is 15 – 20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg. For the best care of the airbrush, we recommend using Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner.
