With 350 watts, the powerful, robust AC motor "Made in Switzerland" of the ESGE Magic Wand® G 350 Gastro Max has the power for everyday gastronomy! By safety twin switch 18,000 or 22,000 revolutions per minute are available to prepare fine creams, fresh mayonnaise and more in larger quantities. This is ensured by the drive shaft with an immersion depth of up to approximately 39 centimeters. The spiral cable can be extended up to 350 centimeters - mobility is a must in a professional kitchen! Perfect for all kitchen situations: the multi-blade, which can be quickly inserted thanks to the slip-on centering.
