The Turck BL20-E-GW-DP Gateway is an essential interface for the BL20 I/O system, enabling seamless connectivity to PROFIBUS-DP. It provides a reliable communication interface between the BL20 system and PROFIBUS-DPV0/DPV1 with a transmission speed of up to 12 MBit/s. The gateway is equipped with an integrated power supply system and features push-in terminals that ensure easy and secure wiring. The IP20 protection class offers adequate protection in industrial environments. Additionally, integrated LEDs display the status of the power supply as well as collective and bus errors, facilitating system monitoring and maintenance. The delivery also includes two end caps and a termination plate necessary for complete installation. With a DIP switch for setting the participant address and a selectable bus termination resistor, this gateway offers a flexible and user-friendly solution for system integration.
