Rein äußerlich wirkt der Tristar Ventialtror sehr schick, wobei diese bei näherer Betrachtung aufgrund der schlechten Verarbeitung relativiert wird. Unter der schlechten Verarbeitung leidet auch der Aufbau des Geräts, zumal auch die lauten Betriebsgeräusche für Punktabzug sorgen.
