The MG04ACA series offers a standard industry form factor of 3.5 inches and a height of 26.1 mm, as well as advanced format sector technologies for optimal capacity and data reliability. The 512e models support Toshiba's Persistent Write Cache technology, which enhances performance when processing data during sudden power outages. The Enterprise Capacity models of the MG04ACA series, equipped with a 6 Gb/s SATA interface, require less rack space and reduce the footprint and operational disadvantages of business-critical servers and storage systems. Models with 512e or 4Kn advanced format sector technology are available. The 4Kn models (MG04ACAxxxA) provide optimal performance and compatibility with 4K applications and operating environments. The 512e models (MG04ACAxxxE) support legacy applications and operating environments that require 512B sector lengths.
