The Tokina SZX Super Tele 400mm F8 Reflex MF uses a standard T-mount (0.75 mm distance, 42 mm thread), allowing this lens to be mounted via an adapter on five different camera systems (Nikon F, Canon EF, Fuji X, Micro 4/3, and Sony E). By changing the adapter, the lens can be used with various cameras. The SZX Super Tele 400mm F8 Reflex MF is the first lens in Tokina's new SZX series. This 400mm super telephoto lens features a catadioptric design, also known as a reflex or mirror lens, with a constant aperture of F8. It can be mounted on different camera systems (Nikon F, Canon EF, Fuji X, Micro 4/3, Sony E) using interchangeable adapters. The lens offers an extremely compact alternative to standard telephoto lenses and was developed with the needs of active travel photographers in mind, who primarily photograph landscapes or wildlife. The Tokina SZX Super Tele 400mm F8 Reflex MF is also available as a kit with an adapter.
