The Powerball® Balance Sensor enables intelligent coordination and balance training supported by digital technology, suitable for all skill levels and age groups. The exercises are performed on a large gymnastic ball (Original Powerball® ABS® by TOGU) with a built-in motion sensor. This sensor transmits measurement data via Bluetooth 4.0 to devices (e.g., tablet or smartphone) using a free app, displaying the results on the screen.

Optimal functionality and valid results are guaranteed only when using the original ABS® Powerball due to the special quality of the material.

Users train independently with the BalanceSensor Powerball®. They are motivated without the need for a trainer to supervise and give instructions. The BalanceSensor app takes on the coaching role, allowing targeted coordination and stabilization training for the entire body. During active and dynamic movements on the ABS® Powerball, the intrinsic deep muscles of the spine are primarily activated. This practical training device and the app are easy to use and can be employed anywhere, whether in the office, gym, at home, or while traveling. The BalanceSensor strap is detachable and can be attached to various balls and balloon sizes with a diameter of approximately 55 to 75 cm.
