Product details

Tiffen optical filters are made using our award-winning ColorCore technology, a process in which the filter material is permanently laminated between two pieces of optical glass that are ground to tolerances of one ten-thousandth of an inch, and then mounted in precise metal rings. This allows us to control the color and density of Tiffen filters, as well as the properties of special effect filters, with much greater accuracy than typical mass-colored filters, which usually exhibit color and density variations.
