The TD 204 is also part of Thorens' lineup of manual turntables. It features a Thorens TP 120 tonearm with a detachable headshell (SME / bayonet connection) and an AT-VM95E cartridge from Audio Technica. This can be easily replaced as needed, thanks to the bayonet connection. The TP 120 is a 9" aluminum tonearm in a J-shape (radial arm) with high-quality bearing technology. The turntable has a built-in phono preamplifier that can be switched on or off as desired.
